Performance of Shibboleth IDP Ver 2.3.5

Hi Paul,

Thanks for your quick reply. I am considering all the points you mentioned. 
I am hosting IDP on tomcat 6 which runs on HP-UX B.11.31. I am trying to
model the environment resources to achieve 100 authentication transactions
per second. 
If anybody had done this kind of tests before, I might use those statistics
as baseline to allocate resources accordingly.
