Package Error for Shibboleth SP Install

I just noticed the "el3" part of that.  Are you running RHEL/CentOS 3.x on the machine you want to run Shibboleth on?  If so, note that EL3 hasn't been a supported platform for some years now; you need to get yourself up to EL5 or (better) EL6.
