As Scott says, that's definitely the wrong version.  You may well want rpmforge/repoforge for other reasons, but you'll need to use our repository to get the right one.  If you run into clashes, either disable the rpmforge repo temporarily while installing Shibboleth, or (shudder) see if you can put a priority on the other one to resolve it.

We should probably figure out why rpmforge/repoforge are still listing these packages and look into getting them removed.
