No login context WARNING

Hi list,

   I have been seeing a lot of the following warnings in idp-process.log.

WARN [edu.internet2.middleware.shibboleth.idp.authn.AuthenticationEngine:147] - No login context available, unable to return to authentication engine
WARN [edu.internet2.middleware.shibboleth.idp.authn.AuthenticationEngine:217] - No login context available, unable to proceed with authentication

   I could not replicate this warnings on our test servers. FYI, we are using CAS Remote User handler. I have tried to trace the login context key using DynaTrace and it seems to be missing from Storage Service once CAS returns its assertion back to Shibboleth.

 Anyone have similar issues?
