No, I can't, that's what "I don't support it" means. Supporting something
means that I have the time to reproduce the conditions under which the
failure occurs.

Nothing has changed, so either OAS did, or there's something on the
platform that affects this.

I would note that nobody should be using Apache 1.3 or any derivatives of
it. OAS has long since moved to Apache 2.x. Perhaps you are using the
wrong configure options.
