Jetty Xerces / Endorsed error

I've updated the documentation to include the missing component.

I needed to add the -exec option to the start.ini, along with the other options. Now back to the original problem.

...And now I'm back to the zip file not opening up correctly.

Hi all,

We've been working to start afresh with Shibboleth 2.3.8 & Jetty (as it seems to be better maintained). I'm getting the error contained at the end of the email.
I've tried both of the following configurations but it seems that it still can't find the jar to load. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

-Djava.endorsed.dirs=lib/endorsed
