Jetty Xerces / Endorsed error

Hi all,

We've been working to start afresh with Shibboleth 2.3.8 & Jetty (as it seems to be better maintained). I'm getting the error contained at the end of the email.
I've tried both of the following configurations but it seems that it still can't find the jar to load. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

-Djava.endorsed.dirs=lib/endorsed

-Djava.endorsed.dirs=/sw/jetty/lib/endorsed
