That varies by installation. My jetty startup is completely different for
example.

Refer to the note on the page at the bottom about special settings for
newer Jetty versions. They broke the container, basically, and it doesn't
handle packed warfiles without workarounds.

Makes you feel all warm and fuzzy about switching to it from Tomcat, I
know. I'm not thrilled myself.
