Rice has been testing every 5 minutes using an automated script. I don't have a contact there, so I've disabled their metadata as an interim step. If someone knows the IdP operator at Rice, I'll be happy to work this out directly with them.
You should be able to find log entries about your own IdP. Don't worry about log entries for providers that are different.
