testing idp w/ testshib

Perhaps they were testing at the same time.

If you look 2 minutes and 12 seconds earlier there was a unable to locate metadata for provider, although it wasn't for the entityID
you specified in your first mail.

I've not used testshib since its recent changes so I cannot comment on how this works.  Are you sure that you have submitted your
metadata correctly? I cannot see an entity in the metadata with that name (and the log from the SP is telling you the same thing).
