Alternate SSO URL for SP

Hi everyone

We are using OpenAthens LA 2.2 as our IdP software, and have it configured to provide authentication for our university's VLE (Virtual Learning Environment).

What we would like is to have a specific Shibboleth/OpenAthens login page (i.e. the SSO URL) which is only used when users are attempting to access the VLE, as well as having a general purpose Shibboleth/ OpenAthens login page for users accessing other protected resources. Can we provide this alternate SSO URL using a <SessionInitiator> in the shibboleth2.xml file on our VLE, or must the SSO URL be provided within the IdP metadata?
