Alternate SSO URL for SP

So, the SP never displays a login page, that's done on the IdP side.
So if your goal is a customized username/password page, that's a
question for eduserv.

That said, you can create as many session initiators as you'd like.
Each session initiator has a unique URL and can have different
properties (e.g., one might redirect you to a discovery server and
another might be hardwired to work with a particular IdP).
