partial log out issue with SP 2.3

Scott,

Our SP side, the moodle side said that they don't have plan for version upgrade.  So I have to try the local logout implementation.  Any advice on that? 

Just to confirm, update the IDP to a newer version won't impact the logout problem on the SP side, is that correct?

Yes if you don't configure SAML 2 logout, it won't try that, and that won't trigger the bug. That is in fact the bug you're experiencing, you're right. Thank you for tracking it down.

I can find the patch if I go looking, but if you're going to build it from source, you would simply use the latest version, which is going to be 2.5 in a matter of a few days.
