how to get issue tracker access?

Fixed packages are appearing now, most of them are published, a few
lagging. All the broken ones are gone.

The new shibboleth package has a higher release number and obsoletes the
broken one, so it's possible (I just did so) to re-update to the fixed one
from the broken one, but that has the same bugs as the original did, since
it's the same situation (rename). I'll send something to announce about it.

Thanks to everybody who identified the problem so quickly.
