PropertiesWithComments and bare keys

Rod,

I noticed that the installer’s PropertiesWithComments will rewrite a bare key as “key =“. Not a big deal, except when adding the testbed to Jetty by adding “testbed.xml” to start.d/idp.ini, because PropertiesWithComments will rewrite “testbed.xml” as “testbed.xml =“ which results in Jetty no longer loading that XML config. I workedaround, but if this is something that should be corrected/improved let me know and I’ll submit an issue.
