PropertiesWithComments and bare keys

Not sure what you mean by a bare key?  I thought that properties files were defined a triples "key" "=" "value"

Are you saying that jetty supersets this It wouldn’t surprise me.

As far as I am concerned that is a non-api chunjk of code which is purely there to make our like easier (in installers and tests) so, so long as it continues to do what it needs to do feel free to hack it about as much as you want
