How do I compile/build a module into Apache on Windows

You can also ask yourself if you really need OHS for some other reason.
Stock Apache and mod_proxy can save you tons of headache and can do what
ever your trying to do with mod_wl. Once you move to stock Apache mod_shib
just works period, another plus is you can update your web server bits
regularly w/out a hitch.
