How do I compile/build a module into Apache on Windows

Thanks very much for the reply Scott and Kevin. Kevin, we use OHS because of
mod_plsql. PLSQL is our primary server side language.
I think it may be an up hill battle alright, but I'm going to try and see if
I can get somewhere with it. I'm going to write down here what I intend on
doing and maybe you could correct me if you think that I'm going down the
wrong path.
I need to build the following dependencies first (there seem to be 6 in the
list and you mention there are 5, am i misinterpreting what you mean):
OpenSSL
libcurl
log4shib
Xerces-C
XML-Security-C
XMLTooling-C
Then I need to build:
OpenSAML-C
Before then being able to build shibboleth
I can see some of these packages are in subversion such as log4shib. I
presume these are the ones I should use rather than sourcing them online?
