How do I compile/build a module into Apache on Windows

Unless you have a lot of experience building source on Windows, I am
doubtful that you'll have much success here. I do not have detailed
instructions on building all this code, and it takes me a couple of days,
so that should give you some idea of what you're up against.

There isn't any difference, really, unless the build just doesn't work
against OHS, but certainly that makes sense.

The build has a properties file that points to where all the headers live,
but Apache is nothing. You have 5 dependencies to get through before even
building the SP and OpenSAML. Those at least just build via a Visual
Studio makefile now.
