Just tossing this out - it might be a bad idea.
We could probably encompass this by writing some code inside the main() for the testbed. Something like

* unpack the “root” module contents into some temp space and mark it as delete on process exit.
* Add this temp directory onto the end of the injected classpath for jetty.
* You could extend this to simulate a “module enable” for any module inside the testbed which might even clean things up?
