It does and I was surprised to see that AbstractInitializableComponent was removed. I had assumed that having the validators participate in the Spring lifecycle was generally beneficial and a desired feature for objects produced from the parsers.

If that’s not the case I’ll likely carry that same change to the DataSourceValidator.
