Lets say you have an account with the following values for eduPersonScopedAffiliation:

* member at universityA.com
* student at universityB.com

And lets say you only want the predicate to be true for student at universityA.com ( student at universityB.com )

Will your predictate return true when you have:

* AND

* scope == universityA.com
* value == student

?
