Possible issue with --scope option in Shibboleth IdP 5.2.3 installer

Following the instructions on the Infrastructure Information page, I
contacted contact at shibboleth.net to request access to Jira:

However, I only received an automated reply, so I reported the issue to
this mailing list instead.

I would like to request permission to create issues in Jira. Could you
please let me know how I can get access?
