<p>However, I only received an automated reply, so I reported the issue to this mailing list instead.</p>
<p dir="auto">I would like to request permission to create issues in Jira. Could you please let me know how I can get access?</p>

Anybody is given permission upon request in Atlassian's system, and they support Apple, Google, etc as a root credential.<br>
