Maven repository returns 403

Are you a member of the consortium? If not, we are not obligated to support your use of OpenSAML.

I also announced this in the proper way when we had to take steps last night.

If we can figure something out we will, but it is just as likely that we will not be able to offer that sort of access anymore and will be moving to limit access to that aspect of our services to members. When we make that determination, we will announce it, via the proper list.

We have only a couple of options and I don't have a ton of confidence either of them will get us back online, but we'll try.
