Maven repository returns 403

Hi. The Shibboleth Java artifacts are deployed in https://build.shibboleth.net/maven/releases/ (and others) and not Maven Central. It has now started to return 403 for any requests.

Is this intentional or unintentional? The newer versions of OpenSAML libraries are not really available elsewhere.
