Jetty access.log not filling after moving from 12.0.18 to 12.0.23

Hi,

	It's not a Shibboleth question per se, but after moving from Jetty 12.0.18 to 12.0.23 (without changing anything in the configuration) access.log stopped been populated. jetty.log (and all other shib logging) kept working fine.
	Does anyone encountred this issue before?
