Is there an issue with shibboleth.net<http://shibboleth.net/>? If not I'll need to dig deeper in our firewall logging to see if it got blocked for some reason.
It first alerted at around 14:49 Sydney time (GMT +10) on all our servers and monitoring systems

Looks like our web server threw a wobbler; I have restarted it and hopefully that will help.

We’ve been having a lot of intensive scraping traffic on some of our services recently, particularly our Git service; it may have just overloaded something in the end.
