Static DataConnector not working

Hello!

The reason was that I had duplicate Static DataConnectors defined. I 
have also configured OIDC and had an oidc-attribute-resolver.xml also 
where I had also configured a Static DataConnector that overwrote the 
Static DataConnector defined in attribute-resolver.xml.
