Static DataConnector not working

Hello!

What can be the reason that the Static DataConnector is not working? All 
other DataConnectors are working (LDAP, ScriptedDataConnector etc.).
When I try to use in a script an attribute defined in static 
dataconnector I got it's not defined.
I'm running idp shibboleth 5.1.3 and nashorn plugin.
