[Fw: Bug in consent?]

Hello,

I've would like to fill bugreport, but I cannot, because I have
not rights with my account to fill it :-(

In other OSS projects there is enough to send e-mail about bug, but
here I have to provide my Google account to Jira and it is not
enough to fill bugreport :-(((.

Please, can you fill it? I think, that I gave a enough
information for it?
