IDPv5, ScriptedAttribute, Nashorn, Log4j-JUL adapter heads up

Hey all!

On the odd chance that someone else is using IDPv5, ScriptedAttribute
via Nashorn, log4j >=2.24.0 via the their application server (Tomcat in my
case) and the log4j Java Util Logging adapter: you need to make a
configuration change to allow Nashorn to change log level or you will
get very non-obvious NullPointerException (at least for me).

Hopefully noone else has to spend 2.5 days to troubleshoot this.
