A note about the SP RPMs re: memcache

I had to issue another revision of the new packages to remove a dependency on (and support for) memcache, as that's no longer in the standard repositories for the post-RHEL7 systems.

Somebody had asked about the lack of, and I made a mistake such that we added memcache to them recently without realizing the implications.

They were being built without it before, and that was consistent with the policy I've always followed of never relying on non-default packages.

So, we added it "briefly" but it's now been removed again except on 7 and Amazon 2 where it's still in the standard repos.

Those needing memcache are advised to look at other options, but failing that will have to rebuild the package for their own needs.
