Issues after reinstalling the shibboleth

Hi,

We removed the shibnative from the modules and manages to access the page but now got error 'HTTP Error 500.0 - Internal Server Error'

Module : IsapiModule
Notification : ExecuteRequestHandler
Handler : Shibboleth
Error Code : 0x80004005

Even if we tried to stop the shibboleth service, we still get this error. Looks like it's the issue with the IIS.

We tried to uninstall and reinstall but still got this error. We also tried to do the same to v2. How to do clean uninstall?
Am I posting this question in the right place?

My team and I was trying to upgrade the shibboleth version in an older server from version 2 to 3.
The shibboleth didn't work, and the login page is not loaded up when accessing the url.
We thought all of the files are old so we decided to refresh the shibboleth.

We then tried to uninstall the shibboleth, restart, then try to access the /Status page.
Now we receive the error:

Service Unavailable
HTTP Error 503. The service is unavailable.

What could be the reason? We didn't change the metadata but we did add the handler mappings and isapi filters in the IIS.
