SAML1AttributeQuery is running Profile Action ReadConsentFromStorage on IdP5

I reviewed that area of the code, that's not a bug. I don't think it was done in 5.0 either, the feature was added in V4 to honor consent for queries if it's told to.

You have to have:

- enabled that feature
- be using client-side storage for consent, which is not really generally done in production and which is incompatible with that feature for obvious reasons

That's my impression at least.
