SAML1AttributeQuery is running Profile Action ReadConsentFromStorage on IdP5

I strongly suggest you file a bug if there's a regression. We have unit tests but they probably don't have the consent check enabled.

Overriding shibboleth.consent.AttributeQuery.Condition, it defailts off so you probably had to have turned it on.
