DuoOIDC

Hi,

Trying to move from MFA  Duo to DuoOIDC, I get this:

ERROR [net.shibboleth.idp.authn.impl.TransitionMultiFactorAuthentication:262] -  Profile Action TransitionMultiFactorAuthentication: Targeted login flow 'authn/DuoOIDC' is not configured, check available flow descriptors

plugins.sh contains:

Plugin: net.shibboleth.oidc.common  Current Version: 2.1.0
Plugin: net.shibboleth.idp.plugin.authn.duo.nimbus    Current Version: 1.3.0

and modules.sh contains:
Module: idp.oidc.common.2 [ENABLED]
Module: idp.authn.DuoOIDC [ENABLED]

This is a 4.3.0 idp migrated from a v3 one.

Any ideas how to resolve?
