Yes, SAML proxying. 

p.s. Personally, I'm less keen on using the word 'proxying' when I'm connecting it to one and only one other IdP.  It's correct to call it that, but when I first started working with an IdP Proxy model, it was multiple projects where it was "many (services) to many (end user IdPs), so I shy away from "pxoylng" when the 'many (end user IdPs)'  collapses to "just one".  :-)
