No Session load after fresh installation

I'm not about to get into debugging IIS installations anymore (see list footer), I'll just note that these kinds of issues are always about improper Site mappings, virtualization (which IIS does not support) and the like.

The docs cover logging. Default module logging is inside Windows now.
