No Session load after fresh installation

 Hi,

I have problems to run shibboleth on a new Windows Server 2019 with IIS 10.

I have everything installed and my current situation is now:

- Shiboleth Check sasys in Console C:\>C:\opt\shibboleth-sp\sbin\shibd.exe
-check
 WARN Shibboleth.DEPRECATION : MetadataGenerator handler
overall configuration is loadable, check console or log for non-fatal
problems

- Configuration file is correct shibboleth2.xml
- Website main host is https://bger.staempflidev.com/
- Website ID is correct 2
- Endpoint for the session should be:
https://bger.staempflidev.com/secure/shibboleth.aspx (or everything after
/secure)

Result:
- It's just load the default aspx page without any shibboleth session.

>From my point of view, the module ist not loaded in IIS or whereever the
module now is in the newest version. I have also no more log anymore like
in the old version. What can I do or at least check in IIS or the logs? I
have attached the current shibboleth  config file.
