AW: consent not working in CAS

Hi Scott,

thanks for the fast reply.
I tried adding the following line near the top of validate-abstract-beans.xml and it seems to work.
  <import resource="conditional:%{idp.home}/conf/intercept/consent-intercept-config.xml" />

I would be happy if you could include this in one of your next releases. As a workaround I will move shibboleth.consent.AttributeQuery.Condition to global.xml
