JFYI: Completely different product/project but
  SaToSa https://idpy.org/projects/
can work as a SAML IDP and SP as well as an OIDC RP and OP.

You can use it to connect SAML IDPs to an OIDC RP or OIDC RPs to a
SAML SP or any other permutation of those 2 roles and 2 protocols.
