Shibboleth IdP Upgrade from IDP v3.4.4 to v4.3.3

There is no system folder period, all of that is inside the libraries now, and you are expected to remove the system directory outright. It should have been emptied out by the upgrade, and is only left behind in V4 for web.xml compatibility, which is no longer part of V5.

You seem to have some kind of bizarre and certainly not documented case of supplying the value of a true/false property as  "yourSecureChannel" which is certainly nothing we would do by default or in any example. It's broken to start with I guess.

I am not prepared to help further, help with an upgrade starting back that far is something I would only help consortium members with.
