Hello Rod,
Built the AWS server with the appropriate roles and features, same name and
IP address as previous, copied the shibboleth2.xml, attribute-map.xml, IdP
Metadata XML, and the 4 PEM files from the previous server into the
appropriate folders, ran the following command and ran IISREST.
msiexec /i "c:\temp\shibboleth-sp-3.4.1.2-win64.msi
INSTALL_IIS7_PLUGIN=TRUE" /quiet
It worked without issue and the site was properly covered by Shibboleth and
the Okta SSO worked.
