Several answers to this:<br>

Firstly, IIRC, all that the IIS tick box does are the commands listed here [1] , so you could just script that<br>
<br>
Second, and completely unsupported I *think* that setting the INSTALL_IIS7_PLUGIN installer property to TRUE will do it for you (msiexec ...... INSTALL_IIS7_PLUGIN=TRUE).  This is YMMV at your own risk &c &c<br>

Finally, if you put in an RFE I will do a full review of that installer property and see whether I can safely document this and thus make it supported.<br>
