Troubleshooting Sibboleth Idp 4.3.1 - No Metadata Resolver has ever attempted a reload

Hi there,

I'm currently troubleshooting the installation of Shibboleth 4.3.1 done by a colleague.
The Metadata resolver has not been loaded:  "No Metadata Resolver has ever attempted a reload ".
While I can see in the logs that all the beans from service.xml where loaded  "Loaded 8 bean definitions from file [/opt/shibboleth-idp/conf/services.xml]"  (The MetadataResolver is part of the beans) .
Any idea where we should look at?
