Yes, that matches the defaults we shipped with, even now I think. Again, this is not a post-install thing, it's strictly meant to be the shipping defaults. It doesn't ever generate on upgrades unless you hit bugs, which we fixed.

All the backchannel stuff had been defaulted to 8443, I don't know what it does currently, we might have finally shifted away from that.
