Unable to install shibboleth.x86_64 on AWS EC2 instance

Hi,

We have previously configured Shibboleth on EC2 instances, but today
while trying
to install on a new server, I ran into the following error:

I am referring to the following

The command we run was:

sudo rpmbuild --quiet --rebuild shibboleth-3.2.3-3.1.src.rpm


Can you please help us to pass these errors?
