Hi,
As the title says I'm having trouble starting shibboleth since we upgraded to ubuntu 20.04 using shibboleth 3.0.4 installed with apt install.
When running 'systemctl start shibd.service' we get an error. Running 'journalctl -xe' shows the message '/usr/sbin/shibd: error while loading shared libraries: libssl.so.1.0.0: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory'. I have tried reinstalling shibboleth but the same error occurs. I have included information that 'ubuntu bug' provides.
We can see that shibboleth-sp-utils depends on libxmltooling8 which in turn depends on libssl1.1, but shibd.service asks for version 1.0.0 according to the error message mentioned above, which seems a bit strange.
Is this known for ubuntu 20.04? Should I SWITCHaai instead?
Thanks,
Lukas
