Difficulties switching from authn/Duo to authn/DuoOIDC

I would have to think you've got a corrupted mix of stuff there, and I have no idea how that's possible given the plugin mechanism. It suggests you have a mix of jars or something from different versions of the plugin.

I've upgraded (granted on an IdP snapshot) to the latest DuoOIDC plugin and it's been fine.

I'd check idp.war and see if anything jumps out in the lib tree, like different versions of the same base library name.
